The inspiration for this renowned condo development in Austin? White monopoly boxes. One alone would be stark, but a collection together—iconic. Unique features include predominant gables, spandrels (inspired by the Gillespie County Courthouse and 1950's-forward commercial architecture) and several design concepts fundamental to Blair Austin's style like light-filled steel stairs with open treads. We love how the light bounces and dances around inbetween the buildings.
